I'm going out on a limb, and naming my predictions one week before the playoffs start!
Class 7A
Springdale Har-Ber Wildcats
The Cats have overcome several odds this season already. They had injuries to key players, yet continue to find a way to win.
Class 6A
El Dorado Wildcats
What can I say? They have passed absolutely every test thrown their way. I believe they will be battle tested in the playoffs and it will pay off for them.
Class 5A
Monticello Billies
The team that is loaded with talent, but no one has the big head and they play as a team. They have so much talent and speed, that it is going to be hard for anyone to slow them down.
Class 4A
Shiloh Christian Saints
Shiloh Christian is just Shiloh Christian. They are loaded with Division 1 talent, and have excellent coaching. They are battle tested, and look to repeat this year.
Class 3A
Charleston Tigers
Charleston has really come on in the past 5 years. They have 3 State Championship appearances with 2 victories. I look for them to add victory number 3 this year.
Class 2A
Bearden Bears
I think this is the year the Bears finally get over the hump. They have come close the past two years, even making it to Little Rock two years ago. They lost on a last second field goal, and fell short of making it to Little Rock last year. I think this is the year of the Bear in Class 2A.

7A - Har-Ber Wildcats
They are hell bent on winning that first state champions. I agree with you on this one Luke.
6A - El Dorado Wildcats
West Memphis is the close 2nd favorite, but the Devils are just cursed trying to win a State Championship, this is El Dorado's year
5A - Greenwood Bulldogs.
Here is where we will disagree. Outside of White Hall, who has Monticello defeated? The key to Monticello's play off run is can they handle the pressure of being undefeated, and playing good teams, something they only faced ONCE this year. Also, the road to War Memorial goees through Greenwood. Barring Greenwood's complete collapse against Alma, the Bulldogs are set up for a showdown in Greenwood against the Billies. In my opinion, the Greenwood passing attack will be too much for the Billies or anyone else for that matter. Greenwood is loaded with many offensive weapons and Monticello's one trick pony offense will not work against the Greenwood Defense which oh by the way, has the 2d best defense in the State in 5A.
4A - Shiloh Christian - next
3A - Charleston - yup
2A - Bearen - yup

I have seen Monticello but not Greenwood. Monticello is going to be very tough for any team to handle. Greenwood faces at least one team that run the double wing in Vilonia so they won't be going into the game blind. Monticello has faced at least one good spread team in Warren so they should also have a good idea of what they are going to see should this matchup take place. If you look at this game from a coaching perspective you always feel better having seen the type of offense you will be facing. Should this game take place these two defenses will be seeing the best versions of the spread and the double wing in the state.

What I want to know is why everyone so high on Monticello when the only they team they have beaten is White Hall?

Talent and execution is why I am high on Monticello. That and they took West Helena to the wire last season in the playoffs.

Talent and execution I can understand.
West Helena was a team more apt to stop the pass, rather than the run. That played right into Monticello's hands. As they were a team, that did not pass the ball.
The thing Monticello is going to have to worry about is, conditioning, playing a full game, how will they handle being down for once? The Southeast in my opinion will not prepare the Billies well for the November Gauntlet.
I even think the West #4 Greenbrier or Vilonia will give Monticello more fits than any other team has all year.

Vilonia is a bad team this year. That is not a good example.

We shall see.
I rank the conferences like this:

Monticello has a lot of speed and talent on both sides of the ball. That is why I think they have a very good shot at taking it all.

Nothing against Vilonia. I have seen both teams up close and VTown doesn't have the horses that Monticello has this season.

I don't know. I'm thinking of changing my pick to that big snake in your photo

I heard that. We had one that, um, committed suicide, ahem, here a few years ago that was 6 feet long, and had 18 rattles and a button.
